Lili Allen, Formerly Jobs For the Future

Lili Allen is a Senior Advisor at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where she continues to advance equitable pathways to postsecondary credentials and career-track employment for young adults from low-income communities. With more than 25 years of leadership in education and workforce development, Lili is recognized nationally for her expertise in designing and scaling reconnection and talent development strategies that open doors to opportunity.

Previously serving as JFF’s Associate Vice President for Reconnection Strategies and Designs, she led large, multi-city initiatives helping states, regions, and communities create “Back on Track” schools and programs for off-track and out-of-school youth—combining rigorous instruction, accelerated learning, and strong student supports. She also leads a national Young Adult Talent Development Network and provides strategic consultation for initiatives supported by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions, the Greater Texas Foundation, and the Citi Foundation.

A skilled strategist, facilitator, and writer, Lili is known for her ability to unite diverse partners around shared goals. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to educational equity, social justice, and expanding economic opportunity for all young people.
