Alexandra (Alex) Henderson, State Street

Alex Henderson is a Senior Vice President at State Street, where she serves as Global Delivery Chief Operations Officer. With more than 20 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and Australia, Alex has led large-scale global operations, organizational transformation, and strategic initiatives within the financial services industry.

Before joining State Street, Alex spent more than 13 years with RBC Investor & Treasury Services, where she held a series of progressively senior leadership roles, overseeing global shared services, client invoicing, transfer agency operations, and teams of more than 600 employees across multiple countries. She earned her MBA with Merit from The Open University and is recognized for her expertise in operational excellence, people leadership, and change management.
