Post-graduate planning is a crucial component of a student’s life at BDEA.

The Post-Graduate Planning team at BDEA is dedicated to guiding our students towards a future filled with endless possibilities.

From the very beginning, we initiate conversations about life after high school, igniting dreams and ambitions. Throughout their journey, we provide students with personalized career and college counseling, nurturing their aspirations during every part of their academic experience.

Between enrollment and the grand finale, the Capstone trimester, our PGP team is deeply involved. We offer career readiness classes, instilling essential habits of success. We partner with prestigious organizations, like the Boston Private Industry Council and Madison Park Development Corporation (MPDC), to connect our students to promising job training and job opportunities. We also provide all the necessary supports for a comprehensive college access process so students can make informed college choice decisions as they step away to postgraduate education.

Our commitment doesn’t end there. We continue to support our beloved BDEA alumni long after they’ve crossed the high school graduation stage. Together, we’re shaping a future that’s bright, ambitious, and limitless.

Other PGP supports include:

  • Personalized college and career counseling for students and families

  • Dual Enrollment (DE) – We are expanding our DE options, which already include Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, Bunker Hill Community College, Roxbury Community College, Suffolk University, Fisher College, Cambridge College, Wentworth Institute, and Urban College.
